Title says it all eh?
I found about him after searching youtube for some 'betcha can't play this' cuts, and I found the one of his 'deliver us' riff. After that, I YT searched his name and thats how it happened.
Too bad you can't find his CD's over here >_>

I went to the Dallas Guitar Show awhile back and heard this incredible tone from one of the stages so I went to check it out and it was Andy. Needless to say, his playing was incredible too and I loved his phrasing. I went and looked him up and when I asked my old guitar teacher about him he said that they went to school together and that Andy was THE monster player who could play absolutely anything you threw at him. |

not really suprising eh? but it's really cool that your teacher went to the same school, maybe you can get some 'connections'

Long story short....
Years ago, I found out about Dream Theater, because I was a Huge Pink Floyd fan, and heard Dream Theater do a remake of Hey You. After that, I looked into Dream Theater and Petrucci, and downloaded a *mislabeled* song called Carpe Diem. Only half the song though. Became a HUGE fan of the partial mislabeled song, and eventually found out about Satriani. After hearing songs such as Motorcycle Driver, and Summer Song, I came to the conclusion that it WASNT Petrucci, but Satriani. I became a MASSIVE fan of the Satch, and saw a video on YouTube with Satch and Timmons playing House Full of Bullets. Downloaded a large sum of Timmons, and finally found the rightful owner of Carpe Diem. My life is finally complete. Dont stop a'rockin Timmons...dont stop a'rockin..... |

 Unquestionable |
I was speaking to Eric Johnson after a gig and Andy was suggested to me as a player with spectacular tone and phrasing. Highly reminiscent of Eric. |
