Forearm/finger strength

not_dead_enough	Who here agrees with me that playing bass requires somewhat more forearm and finger strength than playing guitar? I mean, the strings are thicker, the frets larger, the force required to fret a note (and not buzz) is more and quite simply it's a heavier instrument too.   It's not something you notice when you pick it up and play it the first time, but when trying to play for an hour or longer I for one find the bass to be much more demanding than the normal guitar.   Who agrees??
