The Black Crowes were formed in the mid-'80s by brothers Chris and Rich Robinson. Their first album was released in 1990, and since then, they have established themselves with six (and soon to be seven) true studio albums (and I say this not counting the Lost Crowes set with the unreleased Band and Tall sessions) and many years of continuous touring. The Crowes are due to release their brand new studio album, titled Warpaint, on March 4th, 2008.
I created this group for two reasons. One, because I love this band with a passion, and two, to spread some awareness of them. If you are a fan of 70s blues-oriented hard rock, do yourself a favor and buy one of their albums, you won't regret it.
