I had five years of Latin classes and i translated were battles, trials and a little bit of poetry.
Not mentioning the Satyricon.

had anyone seen brian welch's music video flush ? if u see that video does it look to u like he became a christian ? im not tryint to judge him, but the thing is that the video is more sick than some of korn's videos regardless of the material.

I wouldn't call it sick.
This is a quote from Tom Araya
On possible issues between his Catholic faith and the band's subject matter:

"Kerry's written some really far-out shit. If it's a good song, I'm not one that's going to go, 'This sucks because it's contrary to my beliefs.' To me it's more like, 'This is really good stuff. You're going to piss people off with this.'

"People have these heavy issues and ask, 'Isn't this a problem for you?' and no. I'm well-rounded, I have a really strong belief system and these are just words and they'll never interfere with what I believe and how I feel.

Hey guys. Thought I'd just open a little offer to invite you to have your say on the denomination of Catholicism over at the Christian Guitarists group. It's obvious where your opinions lie so it'd be nice to hear them in the Catholicism thread in the forum. Just keep it all clean and amicable.

You Need to see if your Church has RCIA (don't ask me what it stands for) and you have to go through it, it starts a little after Christmas I think

Hey guys,
I was formerly attending a pentacostle church but have recently left and started attending a catholic church. I have made a commited decision to stay, so can anyone give me advice on how I can go about entering the faith, getting baptised etc? Will I need to attend some form of bible study before being allowed a baptism?
thanks :)
