This is what I use for my standard heavy metal settings try it, see if you like it:

MENTAL

pickup: off

wah: off

compressor: off

distortion: off

amp a: DIGMTL amp; DIGMTL cabinet; 80 ampgain; 50amplvl

amp b: 65TWIN amp; FAN412 cabinet; 50ampgain; 70 amplvl

EQ: MIDBST; Bass: 3; 1100HZ; Midrange: 0; Treble: 3; Presync: 0

Noise Gate: on; THRSH 30; Attack: 0; Release :0; ATTEN: 99

FX: on; Chorus; PRE; SPEED: 15; Depth: 70; SINE; LEVEL:75

DELAY: on; DIGDLY; TIME: 250ms; Repeat: 4; DUKTHR: 40; DUKLVL: 14; DLYLVL: 20

REVERB: off

EXpression: off

There you have it. I nice heavy sound on amp A and a good clean deep sound on amp B

I run this sound through my Jackson Dinky on the Bridge pickup sent to 2 amps, the LEft amp Being a Peavey Rage 258 on clean Vintage at volume 1 with the EQ at 4 high 10 mid and 10 low, the right amp is an old (was given to me 20 years ago and it was old then) Fender sidekick 10 with Volume at 6 master at about 1.5 Treble at 4.5 middle at 9 and Bass at 10.

The 2 amps compliment each other nicely, what one lacks the other covers for.
