The only music class that doesn't pose a schedule conflict next semester is beginning rock band.

I hope that because it's a college level course it won't be full of terrible players, if it is I hope I realize that I can drop it before I can dropped on my transcript.

English accents vary massively. There are loads of different English, Scottish and Welsh accents. There is no such thing as a 'British accent', that's just an American invention.

Wouldn't that just be a generic term then? A british accent would be an accent of the people who occupy Britain. Doesn't mean its the same. You could say I have an American accent, but there are many different American accents, Southern, Jersey, New York, Ebonics, Mexican, Californian, etc.
