well i'd suggest some rotosounds just casue they have a kickass sound on the j-bass. or some Ernie Ball Strings |

Lately I've been using La Bella Hard Rockin' Steel strings. They are almost as the same gauge as the Rotosound Billy Sheehan strings I was using, they are a bit looser which is more comfortable plus they have that rough feeling which I like. |

I have been using GHS pressure wound for years 45 to 105 guage. fantastic strings! smooth feel but with nice treble when new and lovely warm sound as well |
