Hi ,
You can show off your firebird's here.
Just put a picture and tell us somethin about it.
If you dont have one , post a picture of the one you want mostly and why ?
Cheers Dimi .
Mine :

Well I bought this one , a Epi Firebird Custom Shop V 1963, because the Gibsons are to expensive and the Epi studios play like shit in my opinion
So then I saw this one and I bought it immediatley

I like the Firebird, it's a really nice guitar, tragically though when I tried a Gibby FB V out a couple of months ago there was also the LP I'd end up buying hanging there as well for a similar price Having said that, I like the sound of the FB, nice and twangy with a very punchy tone. Only downside for me was the weird balance and seemingly ridiculuosly chunky neck in comparison to the 60's slim taper on the LP.

Still, this is damn sheckshy. Would buy one if I had a fair bit of cash.

I'd either want a Studio V, or a custom that I could put a Killswitch, and a Floyd Rose in.
At the moment none. Hopefully an Epi soon to hold me over until I have the option to buy a Gibson.

I say option because I'm a college student. We don't have money!!! |

Nope, they are full humbuckers... this guitar is definitely perfect for those led zeppelin and cream riffs which is one of the reasons why I love it so much plus it's my first "real" guitar the other one was a crappy austin which had tuning problems lol. |
