If memory serves me correctly, he posted a link to a picture of something and a few months later it got changed to a goatse picture without him knowing, and so he got perma'd. He explained this to Frenchy, who saw the light and unbanned him (need clarification there). Sorry Jack, can't remember what the second one was for.. =/
