This group was created because I know there are other UGer's who are like me and enjoy being fit in many different ways. I searched and searched and couldn't find a group like this to join so I made one. This group is for the general discussion of just being fit, technique, workouts, nutrition, etc. can be discussed here and anyone is welcome to join, regardless of whether you can run a 5 minute mile or a 25 minute mile.
