a good song to start on is stairway. it's a little difficult for new people after the intro but it really helps with muscle memory and sweep picking. either that or bye bye beautiful by nightwish. thats just power chords and palm mutes

depends on how easy... here are my reccomendations:
complete n00b: Blitzkrieg Bop- Ramones
beginner: smells like teen spirit- nirvana
lv 2 begginer: smoke on the water- deep purple
intermediate beginner: wake me up when september ends- green day

songs get better as you advance.

hey guys. alot of people say im wierd for using a 2mm pick for mu guitar but its the best ive used. and believe me ive been through alot of picks. this thing speeds, sweeps, shreds and pulls the best sounding harmonics ive ever heard.
