wrong. vocals on KeA were kickass, riffage was the best they had imo. RtL is the only one that rivals it. MoP starting sounding very produced and complex, which was alright, has some beasty songs. AJFA, i don't listen to it much. The black album was the last one i bought.

Yea, I'm not denying how ass-kicking the vocals on KEA were, but I just prefer Sir Hetfield's voice on RTL. Plus, RTL is trash mixed with another side of Metallica not previously heard on KEA. Fade To Black would have to be the perfect example. Trash? I don't think so, but still heavy and badass and musically, fucking brilliant like no other. As for MOP, I could agree with you there, same with AJFA and the Black Album.

RTL = best album. The vocals on Kill Em All were a bit... what's a good way to put this... incomprehensible at times? RTL had much more refined vocals. As for the guitar work, fuck, it's all badass covered with awesomesauce with a kickass cherry on top.

Hey, take out the Cradle and put "Man or Ash" by Corrosion of Conformity. He's a guest on this track.

A personal inspiration to sing thrash and play some monster riffs. I think I'll join.

Hetfield is the man who got me playing guitar, 'nuff said. And I'll have to agree, the Unforgiven III "scream" thing is -wonderful-. Makes me shiver every time.

Non-Hetfield question... what's everyone's opinion on Lars? 'Cause I think he really isn't the crap everyone says he is. Now, I don't know much drumming theory, but I think all the "strange" stuff he does kind of follows the flow of the song, instead of just keeping the beat.
