Has a person (usually a prep) ever come up to you and been like "eew your an emo!!!" i'd just be like "Yeah, so what?"
people don't know what emo means and its really annoying...really its just a fashon-kinda a mix between metalhead and punk (of which im both) with a couple of unique things thrown in. Judging is so not cool. Its the same thing here --> (btw the arrow means read on) --> my used-to-be friend was in the car (he became a serious jerk for some reason) and i was playing ARCH ENEMY *whooo!!* and hes like "your a tool" i say "whats that?!" he says..well he dosent really give me a straightfoward answer.."someone who is used" i say "by who" he says "used by society" im like "dude, the bands i listen to are so against "the man" i dont have any idea where you got that from" he said "ur still a tool" and i said "ur still a *******" cause that gets to me.

When I was younger, I had this problem. I was a punk but to them I was "the goth". People were like, "do you believe in god?" (wtf did that have to do with religion?) and I'd ask "what's it to you?" Anyway, now I'm a metalhead, those people don't speak to me anymore, if they see me, they stand at a distance and stare. I mean, fvck just cause somebody has piercings and wears all black it doesn't mean they're a criminal or whatever. Guess this is just what separates us from the stupid people, cuz we know this. |
