Gwrhkhsh wrote on Oct 29th, 2009 7:49pmHi everyvody then, a good group this one is.
I'm playing as Live in Chernobyl right now, it's ambient/experimental kind of thing. Hope it counts? quote |
FLUX_ wrote on Jul 25th, 2009 9:08amHey, this group is a good idea. I'm mostly making drum & bass at the moment, I dunno if that's experimental enough.
Anyway, looking forward to hearing and possibly collaborating on tunes with you guys. quote |
sam i am wrote on Jun 5th, 2009 12:17pmHey guys, I've been getting into electro house and drum and bass recently and I plan on making some soon, but too many exams at the moment. I have so many different ideas its crazy, but I can't do any of them.
Anyway, you can go to www.myspace.com/flashlightsuk to listen to two songs I've done:
A house-ish remix of the Beastie Boys
A drum and bass remix of one of my bands songs.
Bear in mind I haven't had to time to mix either song properly.
Also I'd be up for any remixes/collabs with other folk.... quote |
MaGgOt_13 wrote on Jun 1st, 2009 3:58pmHey everyone,
I've had an interest in Industrial for several years (since I was 12 and first heard Rammstein, discovering industrial, metal and any kind good music simultaneously) , everything from the popular NDH bands like Rammstein to the more underground and less socially acceptable Power Electronics bands like Whitehouse. My favourite sub-genres are Aggrotech and EBM.
I recently bought the BOSS SYB-5 for my 5 string yamaha bass and I've finally been able to dabble with Industrial elements in my own recordings.
I would appreciate it if anyone could find the time to check out my most recent ones with my synth pedal.
Also, if anyone is interested in a collaboration then let me know quote |

-Vogel- wrote on Jul 23rd, 2008 12:53pmI listen to Psytrance and it's subgenres, Shpongle, Death Metal, Heavy Metal, Progressive music, Jazz, reggae, Stoner doom, classic rock, folk and much more. I'm at a level of playing RHCP stuff now due to a fracture and not touching the guitar for 6 months.
Even though I'm not John Petrucci at the moment, I learn fast and would like to ahve another band with industrial-minded musicians... and I listen to Marilyn Manson/TimSkold/KMFDM/Ohgr/CC quote |
fret-less wrote on Jul 23rd, 2008 8:56amI play a little experimental stuff... electronica and industrial can be limiting, but i do like to play in the genres, i use a synthisizer, a bass effect, my guitar, and some cool pedal effects, i sudjest every one gets an envelope filter, and a polyphonic octave generator, they do wonders for your sound. quote |
Vermintide wrote on Jul 20th, 2008 11:04pmHey guiz, I use electronic equipment to make music. I guess I qualify. My productiveness has shot up a ton since I got an Oxygen 8 recently :
Metal House Project should have released a demo by the end of the summer (yeah, we're lazy as fuck), but when we do, you guys will know.
