hrblocked wrote on May 16th, 2009 2:09amHello and Welcome Hirvikala To answer your question. As you may already know Joe is very busy these days, so he doesn't have a whole lot of time at the moment. SatchZone is currently the only place to find Satch lessons. In the past he has done a few small lessons for various magazines, so you could find those videos by doing a simple google search. Another thing Joe does on occasion is he holds guitar clinics and workshops at Guitar Center and other stores and schools. You can find the details to such events on joe's main website www.satriani.com He is currently on tour with Chickenfoot, so it may be a little while before he does any workshops, but keep checking his website, you never know. quote |
Hirvikala wrote on May 11th, 2009 5:37amGuys I'm new to this group, so I have a question: Is there any other place for Satriani to teach than from SatchZone (workshoplive)? Like is there any other sites or something? quote |
Satchafunkilus wrote on Apr 28th, 2009 2:42amI'd like to personally thank hrblocked for all the help and everything that he has contributed to this group. I greatly appreciate it. If I could I'd make him second in command. Hrblocked has helped so much. Thank you. quote |

hrblocked wrote on Mar 14th, 2009 2:53amAny satch fans alive out there? haha been a while since anyone posted in here. I'm super stoked about the chickenfoot cd coming out in a month or so. The band will be touring Europe following the release of their cd, then in the fall they'll be touring the states. By then I'll be in Seattle, so hopefully they come to Seattle or Portland. quote |

I'm guessing it will be pretty soon. Not too long ago Joe was up in Vancouver, BC at The Warehouse Studios with Mike Fraser recording stuff for Chickenfoot. He still says chickenfoot is not the name, but I think its stuck now. quote |
hrblocked wrote on Feb 19th, 2009 5:03pmJoe's new delay pedal, the "Time Machine" is now on U.S shelves quote |
hrblocked wrote on Feb 19th, 2009 5:02pmAll things are settled at the satchzone guys, now its on a pay per lesson setup. The lessons are very informative. They cost 4.95 a lesson. quote |
hrblocked wrote on Jan 25th, 2009 8:04amJust a heads up if you plan on joining the satch zone or are currently a member and are wondering what's going on. The lessons have been on hold for a few weeks now. They're in the process of revamping it all. They're saying another week before lessons will resume. quote |
hrblocked wrote on Jan 21st, 2009 2:33amOh ya I forgot about a drummer. Thanks for reminding me. Yes I think it will work out. Only thing I'm concerned about is Joe will not have any time really to write any solo stuff. After they put a cd out, I'm assuming they'll tour it for a while, so it might be a while before we see another Joe solo tour or even a g3. quote |
