Some cool things that i thought here interesting were that when he recorded the Album surfing with the Alien, he took some studio time from Blue Oyster Cult. He used a Kramer for the song, which was his first attempt at using a floating trem. His chrome boy is actually lucite, a plastic compound. To get more "fuzz" for some of his songs, he would simply not use the pickguard on his first album. WWJD = What Would Joe Do?. Any questions? i might know the answer....im that big of a fan. I don't think you need it anymore, but here's some fun facts

He worked at Chicken Delight when he was young

He likes old hot rods and Ford Escorts

And there's a slight connection between him and Professor Satchifunkilus!

He uses daddario 9s in most of his guitars but for chickenfoot is using 10s and is tuned down a half step. He is also now using the marshall jvm head live with chickenfoot rather then his peavey amps.
