Lolcheez342 wrote on Jul 14th, 2008 4:34pmI live in a low population town in Southeastern KY. It's kind of boring here. There's only one music store within 25 miles, and it has very little variety. If you see one guitar you don't like, chances are you won't like any of them. quote |

If you come to Louisville, and if you walk around the south side alot, you'll meet alot of interesting people, and louisville is a very amazing and interesting place full of very interesting people, you just have to find them =]
Plus, IMO we have a very good music scene.

no, BG doesn't have one, just three or four smaller music shops |

Musicians Pro and Kenttucky Music are the only ones worth going to though.
Musicians pro is the best hands down because KM is 50% more expensive.

CrossBack7 wrote on Jun 25th, 2008 7:14pmWe've got a local store up here in Kenton County called Music House. It's located in Erlanger. It's alright, a lot of knowledgable people there, but not a great selection. A few very nice acoustics though.
Yeah, I usually hit up the GC in Florence, looking to buy an Epi LP from there soon. Anyone else live in NKY? quote |
Tehzekester wrote on Jun 22nd, 2008 9:41pmI'm in a very rural area. I live in Knott County, if anyone knows where that is. It's alright, except when you want to go shopping or do something besides just chill or play basketball. quote |

ZanasCross wrote on May 18th, 2008 1:27pmThe one in lexington isn't bad. The branch in Richmond is basically shit on a stick. They have a BUNCH of strats, a few epis, VERY few acoustics, and two gibson's more or less.
It's pretty low-end. Can definitely tell its just there because its a college town and college kids will buy strats because they are cheap and decent. quote |
