Got 1 day ticket so far. It was a toss up between Friday or Sunday but I went for the Sunday.

Glad I'm avoiding Saturday. Sorry but that day is like last year (and the year before that) but condensed into one day.

by the way, who think that glastonbury probably feels a bit stupid now booking jay-z? im sure the guy puts on an alright show. but i dont think anyone will be going as crazy for jay as they have been for ratm and 'tallica. not to mention killers a7x whom im quite partial towards. glad i live in the uk at the moment!

Even if you can't get into the arena, that would be still be worth the effort. No-one will notice generally around the campsite etc outside the arena. You could just stick around in a friend's camp and treat it as a weekend long party, sleep while they're watching bands and drink with them the rest of the time!

I'm only bothered about RATM and Metallica as I've said. I don't know which day ticket I'd go for. I am still gonna try and get a weekend when I can though. If not, two day tickets MIGHT work out okay. To be honest I would not care a great deal about missing the Saturday... Sorry guys.

You only need the wristband to get into the arena really, the patrolling security hardly give 2 bells. If they saw your wristband and clocked on they might say something, but if you had long sleeves on they wouldn't ask to see it, so as long as you didn't try to get into the arena you should be okay.

Nah, they issue wristbands colour-coded according to the day so you'd have to somehow change the colour or just sneak past security in every tent.
