Dude, I don't know much about the LP 100's but generally, it seems the closer you get to your hands and the farther away from the listener's ears, the less dramatic effect on the sound. The Amp, which is the last part of the signal chain before hitting the lister's ears is gonna have the largest noticeable effect. If you have a lousy amp, even a good guitar can sound pretty bad. A good amp can make most guitars sound good. If you got a decent amp, maybe changing out the pickups will improve sound. If you're not concerned with sound, but looks, well you can do all kinds of stuff, What's your purpose for wanting to mod it anyway? Sound, Looks, Feel?	That wasn't nice!
