It's from 'Astonighing Panorama of the Endtimes' off The Last Tour on Earth CD.

It's a reference to the fact people in western culture are dictated by what's on the TV and what it tells them to do, buy, like etc. TV has essentially become people's "God" which they follow.

I'd assume they'd start their tour sometime in november or december, makes the most sense to me, seeing as the CD is supposed to be released in October. And you are insanly lucky to have seen them live.
