my names jim. i played bass for the band threatal. i left the band, but as it now stands, could possibly be rejoining. with them, ive a few shows around my hometown, as well as in lake charles and houston. even cut a 3 track demo with them. thats about it for me, what about you guys. im interested in meeting others who are often the most overlooked members of metal bands

My names Tyler, its a dumb name i know, i used to play bass for the band AmaraXMonika or however its spelled, but just like Jim here i stand to probably be the bassist once again, we too had a demo and were put on a compilation album put out by Quickstar Studios or Productions, i cant remember, its called DownTown Metal Vol 3 i think check it out if you can find it

My band Volume (I know the name was probably once taken, but I guaranty that,from the sound of the name, they broke up ~20 years ago) We used to have two guitarists, me and a drummer, but me and one of the guitarists decided to kick the other two out. the other guitarist was really, really cool, and we had met before and always wanted to be in a band together (oddly enough, I didn't know he was joining the band until the first meeting, it wasn't my responsibility to get the rest of the line up together), but he's kinda overextended (I think he was in like 4 other bands, in addition to school and whatever else he did), and was never able to meet. I still dont know what the hell happened to the drummer. We only had one full band meeting. We scheduled a second one at the drummer's house, but no one was home. me and the guitarist have written some songs and stuff, but until we can find replacements, and hopefully a real singer, preferably a singer/rhythm guitarist, the band is going no where
