I think he has a pretty good range. He did have a high pitched voice in 'Disposable Heroes' on Reload, in case you forgot, so i think he really does have a deep voice but can sometimes wail out higher notes and ranges, like on Kill em All and Master of Puppets. |

Agreed, James Vocals Kicked so much ass back then. But at KFMA Day they sounded like old Metallica, the vocals, guitar work, drums, bass. It gave me hope for there new album!! |

i really liked how the great production of puppets complimented his voice back then. kill em all had bad production compared to later releases and he wasn't confident with his voice in KEA you could tell. justice had terrible production, so of course the vocals were going to sound not as good. |
