The Resistance - Part 1

MushroomBomb	So, what do you all think of the two songs released so far? Without sounding too sure (as we haven't heard all the songs), I think Uprising sounds like a great starter. Regarding United States Of Eurasia, I think it's brilliant. I also think it will fit nincely as a bridge into the three slightly more guitar-driven tracks that come before I Belong To You and Exogenesis. What do YOU think? hugh20	I think USoE sounds amazing Definitely my favorite song so far off the album. Uprising is odd, it's sounds Marlyn Mansonish though it is growing on me. MushroomBomb	I see where you're coming from, Uprising has some similarities to MM, especially with the stomp drums. But it's grown immensely on me since the first time I heard it. On another note, it's exactly a month until The Resistance is released! Limited Edition Box Set, here I come. WOOH! wilmearz	haha, ye ive thought of getting one of them... I love united states and like uprising. Personally think it sounds quite like christina aguillaras last song (cant spell her name!). I'll wait with the full judgement until the full songs are released, but so far it's sounding promising for my ears. I did, however, expect it to have a darker, more somber tone. jonny_172	Uprising is very like goldfrapp 'strict machine' anyone else agree? Good all the same. Usoe is pyhscotic! Exogenesis 1&2 are very origin of symmetry esque...my favourite off the album mk ultra and unnatural selection are also sounding like absolution type muse...the best type of muse!
