Gibby's 2015 mock draft pettifoggery (in progress)

1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State: This pick seems to be a lock. Winston has massive character issues, but he no doubt has ability to lead a team. Tampa is but a short drive from Tallahassee.

2. Tennessee Titans -- Shane Ray, DE, Missouri: I see the Titans getting a QB in a later round and sticking with Mettenberger for now. Leonard Williams is not as good as he is hyped up to be. Shane Ray, on the other hand, is a good all around player with few weaknesses.

3. Cleveland Browns (BBB) (CAD) -- Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon: Same old Browns. The Browns who have selected multiple first rounds QBs in their less than 20 years of existence, with such names as Tim Couch, Brady Quinn, Brandon Weeden, and Johnny Manziel (three of those names in the last 10 years and two in the last 3). One year removed from getting Manziel, the Browns are gonna jump the shark for another athletic but questionable college Heisman star. But hey, Mariota looks to be a better player than Manziel was. That counts for something, right?

4. Oakland Raiders -- Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama: The Raiduhs have got to get talent around Derek Carr. Cooper is their best bet to do that.
