just like to say it's nice to see you all . . I was begining to think I was the only one . . .I drank steadly for 15 years . . . never alcoholicly just socially and am soooooo blown away with the joys I have found in giving it up . . . although I never realized what a minority I would be . . . had to ditch alot of my friends as I can't stand to listen to the BS that dribbles from their drunken lips a second longer but now trying to figure out how to deal with my most beloved and irriplaceable family members that just can't go for more than a couple of days with out over endulging . . .never imagined i could despise it so much.

I don't believe alcohol is ANYway of having fun. It's just a pathetic excuse to do whatever you want and never own up to your actions. An easy escape from problems. Basically, a losers way out.

one of the reasons i don't drink/get wasted is because i don't belive it's right and from a health perspective it's really unhealthy(lyk one can of beer contains a loaf of bread worth of energy),plus there's better ways to have fun
