For myself, I love old blues like robert johnson, son house, lonnie jounson, jon lee hooker and lightning hopkins, as well as singers like billie holiday and untold gospel chiors belting out the blues, as well as liking early guitar concertos in minor keys, and spanish flamenco.
Love the early rolling stones, the latter beatles [1965-1970], Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, early Deep Purple, early david bowie, some Eagles, joe walsh, roy buchanan and the steve miller band. And dylan, neil young, wolfmother, the white stripes, nirvana, and more...
