Seeing as there wasn't one already I've created a group for fans of the band Portishead. For those who don't know, Portishead are an experimental band incorporating elements of hip hop, downtempo, house, breakbeat, acid jazz, reggae, rock, psychedelic rock, alternative dance and various forms of electronica. They have released 3 critically acclaimed albums, the first of which (dummy) is hailed as one of the best albums of the 90's. They have also released a live DVD and many remixes of other bands' songs.
This group is a place to discuss the band, their albums, tour dates, news, members, videos and anything else you can think of that's related to Portishead.
