^ya, i know how you feel V. i personally like being able to set my own amp settings, not other people. i had a friend who liked a real "metalzzz" sound so he turned up my gain, turned down my mids and maxed my bass and treble.

my ideal level of distortion though is about what you hear in Carry On Wayward Son. mmm, classic rock distortion.

I know this definitely doesn't apply to all areas of Kentucky, but when I was down there people where a lot nicer, more considerate, and more polite than they are here. It was almost surprising to know that complete strangers could actually talk to you without having something rude to say. People around here are jerks.

I actually watched that show once just to see what the big deal was, and it was so stupid. Reality tv sucks. I don't watch that much tv anymore. Other than VH1 Classic, there's not a whole lot that I would consider to be interesting.

Yea I think they did both for me too...But I had three pulled..WEll because I only had three for some reason... So you gonna get um pulled all at once?

Ok heres what I wanna know...So they pulled mine before they actaully grew in, so they had to cut them out, and then they stiched them up..But I think you said yours had already started to grow in, so are you gonna have to get stiches too?

Yeah they're all going to be pulled at once and I'm still going to need stitches so it heals correctly.

They actually should have probably been removed before they started to come in. I don't have much room in my mouth for them and it hurts pretty badly now that they are coming in. Plus, the dentist said that it's possible that they can cause some damage to your jaw or other teeth.

I definitely hate that. I really want to learn the solo at the end of You Got That Right from Skynyrd and there are no good tabs for that part. I am way too lazy to do it myself right now...

Yeah that's a great song. The slide is awesome. I could be wrong, but I think that song is tuned to dropped D with a capo on the first fret. Sounds like it anyway...

I have a Skynyrd tab book. I used it for Freebird and that's it. The rest of the songs that were in that book I did myself.

It doesn't usually take very long for me. Most of them took like 30 minutes each at the most.

Because they were already like half grown in and there wasn't enough room for them in my mouth. The dentist said they could make my other teeth crooked if they come in all the way because it's a tight fit. He also said that because it's tight there is a possibility that it cause damage to my jaw. I'd rather not have crooked teeth or a damaged jaw. So, they were removed.

Exactly! Thats exactly what happened between my friend and I. Me and this guy would sit down for hours and jam on the guitars, and have a blast. But now apparenty he doesnt have any fun unless hes completely drunk or high out of his mind. And I dont wanna have any part in that. So hes got he little drug "crew" that he hangs out with. This guy was like a brother too.

yea there is nothing that you can do about it really. But Annie dont blame yourself. Our friends made some bad decisions, and one of these days they will probably regreat it all.

Yea I definitely understand. I tryed talking to my friend about it. I wanted to try and help him. I dont think he even caught a word of what I was saying. I tried telling him that stuff is addicting, but he was all "Man, Im not addicited...I can quit anytime I want to" I hate it when people say that. I was mad, but it was actually pretty amusing. I can trust my friends, one of them even has a key to our house. I just don't like them messing with my stuff and locking me out of my own room.

My friends know that I won't yell at them, so that's why they do it. I don't even know why they were over. I was at work all day. And I can guarantee that my house is insanely boring and not worth the trip over here. They probably just wanted to eat all our food again.

Yea the Chalupa is really good, I think I usually got the "Supreme Chalupa" I dont really remember.

I used to suck at playing while standing up. Then I forced myself to play standing up until I got better and now I usually only play sitting down at night when I'm tired. But I found my strap anyways

Yeah, I hate when things don't work right. It's a new laptop too. Well, a new "used" laptop. But I assume that it was taken care of well because it is in pretty decent condition. But, I'm just glad that it works well other than the sound issue. This is the first time I've actually had access to the internet from my room.

Apparently, emad and Dyuha are looking for another tab moderator on the site and they're considering making me one. Apparently, emad and Dyuha are looking for another tab moderator on the site and they're considering making me one. I've been voting for tabs like crazy because emad said they want to see more of my opinions on what I would consider an acceptable/removable tab. That'll be cool if it happens.

I've been on this site every day for almost 2 years. I could probably answer any question you had about it.

Like I said, the Russian team gets paid. So Dyuha gets paid for his work. But the other ones aren't. It's a fun job anyways. It helps keep the site running smoothly too. Plus, mods get a different colored username in the forums and the little "UG Team" thing over their profile pic in the profiles. I'm still not 100% sure it will happen, but hopefully there's a pretty good chance.

Well I'm in the forums a lot, and most of what I know about UG came from the forums.

I do think it'll be cool if I become a tab mod but I'm not getting my hopes up just yet. I still have to prove myself worthy. I think I must've voted for like 40 so far today. Totally random ones too. Some of them I didn't even know the songs, but I guess I learned a few new ones. And yes, I'm a pretty active member. Probably more active than I need to be.

Aww, don't feel bad. I'm sure you have way more of a social life than I do. The forums can be fun and pretty amusing if they're given a chance. But they can also be rude and obnoxious and piss you off at times. That seal clubbing guy was a good example of that.

The Pit is probably the funniest forum out of all of them. There's only been a few days I can remember it being boring. But I guess you've just got to be on at the right time when funny things happen. But, there are definitely a lot of stupid/immature/inconsiderate morons in the pit too. The classic rock forum is definitely a good one to check out too.

Yeah, I have to take it somewhere. I've tried everything to get it to work myself. Nothing happened. I have no idea where I'm going to get the money to fix it though. I might just have to write a check or something. That sucks about the Poison Ivy. How long does it usually take for that to go away?

I also hate tornadoes. A lot of people who live within 20 minutes of where I live lost their homes. It's kind of scary to drive by it and see the damages. And we're still on a tornado watch. I believe this is the second week going.

I dont hate "Emo" kids. I kinda hate the fact that they accept that label. But I also hate that certain labels are negitively looked upon. But Im not going to lie to you, most of the "emo" people that I have met were very annoying and whiny IMO. Not say that all emo kids are like that. Just the ones ive met.

But I hate these Skinny chick running around whining about how they're so fat, and how they need to lose weight. Yea when they only weigh like 90 pounds. Ohh by the way, and yes, I am aware that the majority of chicks have self esteem problems. As well as a lot of people do. And thats a whole different story. My problem is that these chicks have already asked me what I thought of them, have already told me at least 6 times they think their fat. It just kills me.

And I hate the magizines that tell these women that they dont look like they are suppose to, and that theyre ugly if they dont look like the 70 pound model on the cover. Its terrible. Every chick magizine you open up is going to tell you that your fat. Ive always thought as long as your healthy it doesnt even matter how much you weigh.

this morning I tried to stop them from hurting by covering them in cotton wool, but I bound them with Sellotape (adhesive tape) and I found walking back from school that it was cutting into my feet and the pain was unbearable, I got searing pains in my calves and feet, when I took my boots off my feet were swollen and had gone weirdly pale. So cue my impression of an old man as I hobbled about for a couple of hours.

I hate that the screwy computer in the other room is even worse than it was before.

You guys know that if someone gives your tab an unfair rating, you can send a message to Emad and he'll remove the bad rating and warn the user, right?

An unfair rating is anything that is between 1-2 stars and is rated either

1) without a comment explaining what needs to be fixed or
2) a spam comment is left.

If it fits into any of those categories, then just send him a message with a link to the tab. Don't feel like you're bothering him; it's his job.
