lately, its been the ocean in the way between me and my girlfriend.
i dont have a particular environment or state of mind i need to work, though i find i write better on a screen than on paper. i think for me, a lot of things come out of lines, which are built to ideas, and which often end up destroying the original line... i guess i have a fairly fluid writing process. |

I dunno, I just let it come. I can't take up and say: I'm going to write today! It just doesn't work like that, though generally I have an idea for a day or two and suddenly it just forms into something that makes sense. |

same here... up until the having the idea for a day or two... when I get an idea I write my whole piece within 15 min... |

just my experiences in life help me when i'm writing something. i generally just base it around something that happened to me and go from there.

However this doesnt apply to me, because nobody knows who I am...I guess the music inspires me, I write the music before the lyrics. I have to get a vibe before I can express myself. |

To start writing: A man named Andrew 'Macabre' Schwab
for real pieces: Weird things, like I'll see a couple fighting and then my mind spirals into a world of imaginary circumstances such as the guy goes and cheats with her best friend, etc... etc... and then I write about what happened in my imagination.And I'm like the others who said this, everyone of my pieces is OTS... I write them in less than an hour and don't critique them later, because when I do that, I take out the emotion I was feeling when I was writing it in order to have it make more logical sense... so I just bypass that. |

Anything that I feel. I try to be as mixed as posible. One day, I'll be in the most immature mood ever and come up with something to rival Blink-182, and others, I'll try to be more heartfelt. I'm not yet at the point where I'm just writing pointless songs about masturbation or death and gloom, (hope I never have to go to that point) but most of my immature songs are heartfelt. I wrote a song titled "Had to Fart at the Wrong Time." It really is about embarrassing experiences, but people don't get past the "Fart" part. I enjoy what I do and I hope others can too. |

I write with myself in mind. Everything I write has some form of personal truth ingrained in it, such as Lost in Transmutation where I witnessed a woman off her head on alcohol being raped and I did nothing about it. Also For the Sins to be Done... which is narrated by myself completely honestly. |
