mainly because im crap at surfing, and almost decent at body boarding

being on the gold coast i get some of the worlds best surf spots

my favourites would probably be south stradbroke, burliegh heads (profile pic), or d-bah... snapper is always crowded... but froggies can make for some good fun when the back wash is working

I'm a new surfer, and I just finished a 5-day surf camp, and I'm totally hooked! My parents are trying to get me a board but sadly they do not surf and know nothing about this subject. I recently went to a local surf shop and the guy there recommended the NSP Fish (6'4). Is this a good board for someone like me?

i was on a surf trip down the west coast of ireland with 3 mates of mine there this week. totally amazing, surfing some world class reefs and with only like 10 people out at each spot. that folks is why ireland pwns the rest of the world perfect a frames, although alot of sea weed and god i hate seaweed it freaks the shit out of me lol

Just gotta say, this weekend there was a massive swell where I live and we had consistent 6-7 footers. It was the most fun I've ever had surfing and I got some pictures of it, I'll post 'em soon.
