I'll start off:
I don't have a Tele yet, but I love my dad's pre-upgrade Highway 1. What do people in the know think I should do, get a Highway 1 2006 upgrade for about £450 ($900), or should I save more for a nice MIJ? Or I'll take other suggestions.
(I'll be playing Indie/Alt, like Bloc Party, Radiohead, Muse etc).

personally, i love the FMT HH, i got one today and its amazing!
i couldnt find a stock left handed model so i had to get one made, but its excatly ther same as the fender model (hense why tis on my profile as a fender before you moan at me)! |

I'm waiting for my Tele to arrive! I did go for the Highway 1 in the end, Maple neck, Wine Transparent, it's fucking nice, but the waiting period is probably the worst time imaginable for a guitarist. Sure it's exciting, but I've paid for it and want it right now. |
