So, i've been thinking that we should probably enforce an age requirement for members of this group. What are your thoughts?
I vote for a minimum of 2 years from join date, which will start AFTER the month of such.

Well, it was initially supposed to be for 05 and earlier, but that's probably a better idea. I think I'd go with three years after the join date, though. I still don't know that I'd lump someone from '07 in with someone from '05 or earlier.
Well, I wouldn't even lump someone from '07 in with someone from '06. 
Anyways, that's a pretty good idea you've got there. Once we've decided whether to make the requirement two years or three, we'll put it into effect and start inviting some '06ers.
