Them Crooked Vultures is a rock band (supergroup?) formed in 2009, by Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age, Kyuss) as lead guitarist, John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin) as bassist, and Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters, Nirvana) as drummer. Rumors of this collaboration existed since 2005 (according to Grohl's words), but it was confirmed during early 2009.
