Nice my Nordic friend, the Mead best flow freely at the next gathering of the Barbarians of the Northlands (good chance that will be during, you know, Ragnarok, but so be it!). |
Ive tasted it recently, 1 gallon has 2 pounds of honey, and one has 3.
(a key ingredient) the 2 pounder tasted a little thin. the 3 pounder was alot stronger in taste and alcohol. and it tasted alright, so now im planning to mass produce it in staggered brewings to always have some.
ya know, so i can have something to drink at my kindreds meetings.
