I really have no idea. I've been uploading them to the proper place, but they're not actually getting to the community page. I'll have to talk to someone a bit higher up to figure out what's going on.

I think the meaning of "delete" is getting confused in your conversations.

To delete the feature on the community page is something only PiCSeL can do. But maybe we shouldn't say "delete" here. It's more clear if we say "stop featuring the blog".

Daphne might have deleted the actual blog.

I also thought at first that it was nonsense to reduce the titles... but after a methodic experimentation , I realised there was a part of truth in it , my MP3 player always bugged on long titles songs ... but if you say that you reprogrammed the player , I feel safe again
