Maybe you don't like Gogol Bordello, still you'll definetly like this feature: now you can stick any thread in forum and it'll always appear on top. To do that just click "Stick that for me" link on the top of any thread. To unstick your thread just click "Unstick that for me" link on the top of any sticked thread.

PS : By the way he has his birthday today. He's lucky cause otherwise I would kill him for all the bugs he made while implementing this feature 

This was suggested many times and at last we've implemented it! Now you can define what mp3's will be shown on your profile.

Step 1: Go to your account settings or (Edit Profile if you want to define mp3's order for band profile)

Step 2: Select "Custom order" in mp3 player settings

Step 3: Go to your mp3's page and swith to custom sort in sort options:

Step 4: Now you can move you mp3's up and down with your mouse!

Just wondering: are you deleting old messages from your PM boxes on UG? I have idea to let you search in your PM boxes and change max number of messages you can store up to 1000. You'll be able to store all your conversations and quickly find what that guy was talking about that Line 6 amplifier.

I still have to discuss that with zappp, but I find this quite interesting and relatively easy to implement.

That's why I need to know more how do you use your pm at th moment. Do you store your conversations? Do you keep only important letters or just delete everything? How often you have to search in your pm's for a certain letter?

On every users profile in the friends list header now you can see how many mutual friends you have with profile owner (if you have any of course).

For example when I view PiCSels profile I see "PiCSeL has 47 friends, you have 19 friends in common". Number of mutual friends is clickable and leads you to whole list of mutual friends.

That was quite easy to implement but I hope that it'll bring you some fun 

BTW, this project was implemented by Lina 

So now you are able to add pics into your Group Profile, just like into your user or band profile.

Sometime ago we gathered some statistics about what tabs users usualy read. Then, for each viewed tab, we calculated what tabs are most popular between the users who view it. And decided that it could be enough information to give you some kind of suggestion about what song you can try next. Hope that my explanation was not too complicated 

Anyway, example:

Go here http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/m/metallica/on e_ver2_tab.htm and scroll to the bottom of the page. Our statistics show that users that like One by Metallica also liked Enter Sandman, Stairway To Heaven and Master Of Puppets.

As you can see we have seven developers at the moment. r00t aka spin, Poh, Lina and MuXaJIbI4 are my assistants.

medick is our CTO, Firma assists him in UG 8.0 project.

Also we hired new guy recently, at the moment he is working on UG Underground project. If he'll manage not to break anything, he'll become member of our team. 

Some users experience problems with UG Profiles, cause they have weird symbols in their usernames.We used to denie their requests for renaming due to some technical problems.

And now these problems are solved. So if you have weird username and something works not as expected or you just don't like how link to your UG profile looks, send me PM with new username you want and I'll rename you.

While most of UG dev team is busy with some misterious things, we decided to do something simple yet usefull.

So now while watching users pics you can go to the next pic just clicking current one. I've seen such functionality in many places and found it quite handy.

It seems like old one wasn't so popular. It was made by stupid robots who couldn't actuasly make difference between cool blogs and some boring bs. Now everything is beeing found and delivered to you by real humans. Feel the difference!
