1 bagel
Some Cream Cheese

Step one: toast bagel
Step two: apply cream cheese.

Fuck yeah. Toss a fried egg with cheese on there if you want instead of cream cheese, also good.

I've been vegetarian for probably around 6 weeks now, and I don't plan on ever going back to it.. morally I feel better about myself for not eating other beings, and I feel healthier overall. Thinking about chewing steak and coming across those chewy cartilage-fat bits just makes me want to vom now. How did I eat that for so long?

its really all about will power. after a few months you'll stop craving meat. ive been veggie for a few years now, and im able to sit with my friends while they eat a burger with absolutely no problem. its really about getting over the first few months, those are the hardest.

Trying to go vegan, but right now struggling to even stay off meat. My mum is also vegetarian, but my stepdad isn't and while he's OK with it, right now I'm staying with him on my own and I gotta admit, the smell of KFC still hooks me. Anyone got any advice?

most of our meat is produced with food that can be used as food for the people in the poor countries, who produce the animalfood . I'm a part-time veggie but know the consequences of eating meat. once in one or two weeks is enough.

the whole animanl rights thing never really bothered me. you should see me at 1am with a fly swatter.

the best argument is simply that you can feed 8 times as many people off land used for growing stuff than land used for grazing.

now that would put an end to the world food shortage.
