I think the lyrics from Owner of a Lonely Heart make perfect sense. Plus, things don't have to make sense to be witty or beautiful

Jon Anderson has said he often used words as texture, not to convey an idea. Like Siberian Khatru: "Bluetail, tailfly, Luther, in time, Suntower, asking, Cover, lover, June cast, moon fast..." He's interested in the sound of the words, not their meaning.
